About Fleetfines
Fleetfines is fine management software for fleet managers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Traffic fines are imported automatically, linked to the right driver, recharged through a payment request by email and SMS, paid online via Mollie and followed up until settled. Fleetfines is a product of Gearlab B.V., based in Utrecht.
What Fleetfines does
- Imports fines automatically from the PDF of the Dutch CJIB and a growing number of Belgian municipalities and GAS processors
- Driver management via CSV import, Google Sheets or an API integration with your own system
- Payment requests and up to three reminders by email and SMS, in the driver's language
- Online payment via Mollie (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact), also in instalments
- Handling fees, automatic PDF invoices and pay on invoice for business customers
- Log, dashboard and PDF case file per fine; flows that forward overviews to HR, payroll or staffing agencies
