What is Fleetfines?
Fleetfines is fine management software for fleet managers. You import traffic fines automatically, link them to the right driver, send a payment request by email and SMS and follow up the payment until the fine has been settled.
Which fines does Fleetfines support?
Dutch CJIB fines and the layouts of a growing number of Belgian municipalities and GAS processors are imported fully automatically from the PDF. Other fines, such as fines received via a lease company, can be added manually.
How does a driver pay a fine?
The driver receives an email and SMS with a payment link and pays via Mollie with, for example, iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. The amount goes straight to your own business account and the status is updated automatically.
How much does Fleetfines cost?
Fleetfines costs €5 per month, excl. VAT. That is one fixed price with every feature included, including the payment module and custom reports. You can try Fleetfines for free first.
Can I forward fine overviews to HR or a staffing agency?
Yes. With flows, Fleetfines automatically sends the right overview, for example weekly, to HR, payroll or a secondment or staffing agency. An agency only sees the fines of its own drivers.
