The various log functions within Fleetfines show whether the email was sent, opened, whether only the payment link was clicked, or whether the fine was paid.

Insight into every action

You always have insight, anywhere, into the email and SMS notifications, the related payments and the drivers' actions. You can also compare figures across different periods or analyse a whole period.

Both SMS and email messages can be switched on or off separately and the text adjusted as you wish for the fine's payment request or for the reminders. Besides the content of the email and SMS itself, you can deliver the SMS or email in different languages based on the driver's country.

Fine statuses. The overview already shows the last known status of the fine straight away. The entire history is made visible within the fine.
