Both SMS and email messages can be switched on or off separately and the text adjusted as you wish for the fine's payment request or for the reminders. Besides the content of the email and SMS itself, you can deliver the SMS or email in different languages based on the driver's country.

What is recorded for each fine?
All outgoing communication and the driver's actions: whether the email was sent, delivered and opened, whether the payment link was clicked, whether the SMS was delivered and when payment was made. The full history is kept with the fine.
Can I export a case file for a fine?
Yes. For every fine you can easily create a PDF report that combines the fine details with the complete email and SMS log. That way you always have a complete case file.
Can I compare periods with each other?
Yes. The dashboard shows the statistics for a chosen period and lets you compare figures from different periods, for example the number of fines and the share that has been paid.
